Care & Safety
Care of PAIDI Products
Please use only natural cleaning agents which do not attack the surfaces. Often a damp cloth is sufficient to remove dirt. Stubborn stains should be washed off with a cleaning agent that contains lemon – but be careful with waxed surfaces! To be on the safe side use a concealed section to test beforehand whether the selected detergent does not leave any marks on the surface.
Please ensure that conditions in the room are kept constant because when the temperature and humidity of a room fluctuate too much wood begins to „warp“ and distort. Therefore the room should be thoroughly aired at least once a day – for the benefits of your own health too.
Please do not forget the rear ventilation of the furniture, which should not be placed directly next to the wall. A minimum distance of approx. 20 mm will prevent the condensation of humidity and the formation of mould fungus.
Non-compliance with these rules may result in permanent damage to your furniture.
Safety First
All PAIDI babies’ and children‘s beds are manufactured exclusively according to DIN EN 716 and the play, loft and bunk beds in accordance with DIN EN 747 – both norms lay down strict guidelines for the safety of children‘s beds.

All surfaces fulfil the resistance to saliva and perspiration requirements laid down by the norm DIN 53160.
New products may initially give off an odour. These vapours are absolutely harmless and disappear within a short time.
