As a PAIDI customer you have high demands on quality and service. Here we would like to present you with a few examples to underline these ideas and show you what makes PAIDI products what they are today:

Warranty and Guarantee
For the first owner the five-year guarantee begins with the date of the invoice from the specialist dealer. In addition to the legally prescribed warranty of two years, PAIDI provide a three-year guarantee for the fault-free delivery of their products. If your products are faulty, please contact your specialist dealer about repairs. The guarantee does not cover textiles or upholstered furniture, the consequences of natural wear and tear or improper treat-ment/use of the products.

Repurchase Guarantee
On all current PAIDI furniture ranges we offer a 5-year availability guarantee. Five years from the date in which we take the program from the product range. We will notify your dealer.

Door Cushioning
Unless there are technical restrictions, the cushioning system is to be found on every door of an item of PAIDI furniture in order to markedly improve safety in the children's room, "braking" the door for your children's hands! The door is gently stopped be fore closing quietly.
The RAL Quality Symbol is awarded by the German Quality Furniture Association in Nuremberg. It is the only universally recognised quality symbol for furniture in Germany and denotes the overall quality of products above and beyond their safety.
GS-tested Safety is the most reliable symbol for the functional safety of furniture and articles of everyday use. This symbol is awarded by independent inspection authorities licensed by the German Federal Ministry. The test always refers to the overall safety of a piece of furniture.
